About Bug Masters

Bug Masters is a family-owned corporation that currently provides pest control services throughout Arkansas, Tennessee, Mississippi, and Louisiana. The foremost of our operations target primarily Food Processing, Hospitality, Healthcare, Multi-unit Housing, and other tightly regulated environments that demand an uncompromised level of service.

We pride ourselves on having built a reputation as the company of choice to remedy and eliminate problems. We provide unparalleled service programs to residential properties, mom-and-pop operations, and some of the largest corporations in the industries we serve.

My father, Buddy Childress, started Childress Pest Control in Des Arc, Arkansas in the late 1950’s. Quality service was the foundation on which he started the business.  It was this level of service that enabled him to quickly expand services to our neighboring counties.  For many years, Jim Musick, a long time family friend and partner, helped continue to expand the company.

Growing up in the business as a young boy, I worked during summer vacations. Upon graduating in 1980, I was eager to work full time.  During the course of the following years we continued to rapidly expand in the commercial segment of the business.  In 1988 we opened an office in North Little Rock, Arkansas and incorporated under the name Bug Masters Exterminating Co. Inc.

We provide pest control & elimination services to our expanded markets under this trade name.  Now in our third generation, our family is committed to provide the same level of service my father started out on, simply doing what you say.
